The Tacony Company the makers of the the Riccar and Simplicity vacuum cleaner brands says count us out on that, already making all of their upright vacuum cleaners in their St James Missouri Factory are now in the process of expanding the factory to be able to build their Canister line here in the USA to. Could it be offering high quality vacuums at a great price be the secret to their success.
